Festival Partnership benefits are activated through two different types of ‘Partner Events’: 

Signature Events = SLF-produced feature event co-branded with Partner 

Hosted Events = Partner events produced directly by the Partner that are prioritised in Festival  program .promotions.

  • Primary level logo on Website Front Page Partner Banner

  • Partner Event banner promotions on Website Front Page

  • Two (2) Feature Partner Event Promotions on high rotation Website Front Page Banner

  • Major Partner recognition and primary level logo on Website Partners’ Page

  • Partner Profile Page including: Logo, Up to four (4) images, Partner sustainability message (up to 200 words), Link/s to elected webpage/s & Option to include sustainability video (up to 5 min.) 

 

EDM

  • Primary level logo on Festival E-newsletter Banner
    (minimum four (4) eNewsletters sent)

  • Promotional Listings of Partner Events in E-newsletters
    (up to four (4) unique events/listings) 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA  

  • Six (6) dedicated posts across Festival channels: (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (LinkedIn if applicable)

Partner Welcome, Four (4) Partner Event promotional posts & Partner Thank You 

  • Facebook ‘Featured Like’ (Date of agreement to end of March) 

 

SIGNAGE & EVENT VISABILITY 

  • Pop-up banners (or equivalent) displayed on stage at all Signature Events 
    (Banners will be in-shot for the event live stream screenings locations)

  • Primary level logo on Partner Video Reel and/or screen holding slide at Signature Events

  • Partner Sustainability video played at select Signature Events (up to 90 sec)

  • MC recognition of Partner at all Signature Events

  • Speaking opportunity at minimum one (1) Signature Event 

 

FESTIVAL ASSETS

  • Hi-res images featuring speaker and/or branding at Signature Events

  • Festival Impact Report & audience research findings (post-Festival)

  • Festival logo and graphic banner to use on Partner comms 

 

PARTNER PERKS

  • Eight (8) tickets to all in-person Signature Events
    (tickets extremely limited due to COVID-safe requirements)

  • Option for Exhibitor Stand at minimum one (1) Signature Event

  • Opportunity to host own events as part of the wider Festival Program (program approval)

  • Priority media promotion opportunities
